RETURN AND REFUND
Xina Center offers the return of most products within 15 days of receipt by the customer. Most products in our shop are subject to the general policy of returns, however some products have certain features that prevent their return as is the case of bags and party dresses. When you return a product or exercise your right of withdrawal, the refund is carried out in the same way as payment for the product. For the exchange and refund of a product, it must be taken within a maximum of 15 days. We do not accept the return of underwear (bras, panties, underwear, socks, sashes, etc.). We do not accept the return of temporary products out of season, or out of season (one day before the holiday). If you want to return a product due to a defect, you must send us the product and we will deliver a new one to your home, or we will give you a refund of amount by the same method of payment after having checked and verified the product. If you wish to return a product without having opened the original packaging, you we will refund the amount by the same method of payment once we have received the product.
